Manicure Monday | Chanel May

I thought for today’s mani monday I would use a beautiful spring colour to help us through this depressing weather. If you are living in the UK and Ireland you know what I mean. I hope you’re all safe!

I know that the formula of Chanel nail polishes is crap but you can’t beat the feeling of wearing a chanel nail polish. I love this “true pink” colour called May.  Chanel Nail polishes retail for £18.

What’s your favourite Chanel nail polish colour?

Mani Mondays | Essie Meet Me at Sunset

Essie just bring it in the nail polish department. I wish there was a counter near me! This is a gorgeous orange tone with a hint of red in some lights. Yes I know, not the most holiday festive nail colour but I need something to brighten up my day while I look at books all day!

And how cute is the name of this nail polish?

Mani Mondays #9 Maybelline New York Extreme Blackcurrant

I wear these dark berry shades all the time but Christmas is the season when I really love to wear them. There is just something about the aubergine but it could be black colour that I just love about this shade.

Here’s a new one I picked up to add to my many colours in this ‘burgundy/black’ collection This shade has been on my nails for 3 weeks I just love wearing it.

The formula on these nails polishes is great. The brush is wide enough to cover your nail (something I always look for) and the colour is very opaque. Personally I am not one for the sheer nail colour! I think these Maybelline Super Stay 7 days are great and if you don’t fancy this shade Extreme blackcurrant. There are plenty more shades to choose from I am sure I’ll be picking up a few more!

This nails inc set includes a polish don’t worry there is a variety of colour is you don’t like this bright blue. You then get glitter which you apply on top of the polish. In the middle we have the Ciate Tree Trinkets, How cute  are these! In each individual trinket there is a Ciate nail polish. There is a variety of shades to choose from. You can’t buy these individually but I think they are a great present to separate between your friends and family. These tree trinkets cost £30 so price per trinket is £5 which is a bargain.
