Wet and Wild ColorIcon Eyeshadow in Lagoon

IMG_4837IMG_4858 IMG_4857

I’ve been wearing a lot of colour on my lower lash line normally I opt for burgundy’s but this blue was so amazing! I had to try it on.  I have never tried Wet and Wild eyeshadow’s before actually I’ve never tried anything and I am seriously impressed. This eyeshadow is so pigmented that I only needed one sweep! Amazing!

I put this on my lower lash line with a fluffy angled brush.

How would you wear this eyeshadow?

Wet and Wild can be purchased in some Primark stores and Dunnes Stores in Ireland.

Charlotte Tilbury is someone I could have only dreamed of meeting but this year thanks to blogging. She is the nicest sweetest person and has come incredible advice.

Her Dolce Vita palette is something I have been lusting over since it came out. So when it hit Brown Thomas, It was the one thing I was going to pick up.

Like I thought this palette is amazing! I am obsessed with the pressed gold pigment! and the deep brown/red is another winner in my eyes!

These eyeshadows are so pigment and buttery, and they blend seamlessly.

Whats your favourite Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadow Quad?

Revlon Color Stay Moisture Stain

To get us in to the festive spirit I thought I’d show you my two favourite bold lip favourites for winter.
Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain Lip tints are incredible for creating an easy bold lip.

The colour pay off for these lip stains is really good. The colour on the tube is the colour it comes out on your lips as you can see from the swatches above. These feel really nice on the lips and as they are moisturising they don’t cling to your dry patches or separate throughout the day.
These lip stains last a really long time. I only reapplied after about 5 hours of wear which for a lipgloss. I think this really good. I’ve started using a lip liner under theses stains and that really prolongs the staying power! As for the texture of these stains, they feel so buttery and smooth! So much better than lipstick.

The two shades above are my favourite, I prefer the bolder shades in this range, the peachy nudes are not really my cup of tea from this range. The fucshia pink is 015 Barcelona Nights and the berry colour which is my personal favourite is 005 Parisian Passion.
I purchased my Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stains in Boots for €10.99/£7.99

Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics

At the Into the West Blogger Network (#ITWBN) event we were kindly gifted some Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics products to test out.

Ive heard a few Irish bloggers talk about youngblood but I had never really caught on to the bandwagon and tried them out. Now I have no idea why I didn’t try these. The two products I have trialled out above, are amazing and I don’t mean a little bit amazing. There awesome!

The foundation does look a little too dark for me but once I put it on, it blended into my skin perfectly. The shade I have is sun kissed, which would be perfect if your a NW20/25.  Youngblood’s Liquid Mineral Foundation is paraben and cruelty free! It leaves a silky and dewy finish.

This cream blush is the bomb dot com! I personally wouldn’t use it as a blusher because I never wear blusher and this is a bit too shimmery for me. But I have been using Champagne Life as a highlighter. It is a beautiful frosted pink. Its so beautiful on the cheekbones.

I can’t wait to try out more youngblood cosmetics. Do you have any favourite products that you love?

Into the West Blogger Network November 2014

Last weekend I attended the Into the West Blogger Network event in the Glenlo Hotel in Galway. ITWBN isn’t about selling you products to review, its about teaching bloggers how to enhance their blog and get the most out of it.

We had some amazing guest speakers to talk to us about a variety of topics. We had Phillip from quick fox marketing telling us all where were going wrong on twitter. The best quote was definitely don’t be an egg! Ann told us how to optimise our blog. This lady knows her stuff and if your interested she has set up her own training college called in-tutition learning where you can learn all about online businesses.

Helen Mannion  from lifes 2 good demonstrated their new product which I’m sure you’ve heard of micro nail. I can honestly say that it works. It buffs away the ridges of your nail leaving them smooth and unbelievably shiny!

There were a few pop up shops. My favourite was little pea juices. They taste amazing! I got a carrot, ginger and lemon juice and it was so yummy. Please move down to the south east!

For fashion we had the pleasure of browsing the rails from Pia Galway, Stella and Dot, Cotton Face Vintage and Sheneil Shoes.

Also at the event were two authors. They were both so lovely to meet and chat to. The Galway Player and Michelle Melville. You can find copies of their books in your local bookshop or online!

I met so many amazing bloggers at this event. There is too many to name but if you search #itwbn on twitter you’ll find them, so send them some love.

Id like to say thank you to the organisers Sinead from Yummy Mummy and Siabh from Siabh Egan Photography. It was an amazing event and I learnt so much.

Just a little style post to show you what accessory I am loving at the moment. Daniel Wellington makes classic watches that I think will stand the test of time. My absolute favourite is the brown leather with the rose gold face! But I’d take one in black too 😉

Whats you favourite accessory?
