On a whim I bought this Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lipstick in The Missing Pink. Boots 3 for 2 is completely to blame!

I wasn’t expecting much from this lipstick just something I can throw on. Well I was completely wrong this has replaced my very loved MAC Patisserie lipstick. The shade of this lipstick is a pink nude, A your lips but better shade.

What I love about this formula is that it doesn’t dry out my lips and it wears off nicely. This lipstick applies really smoothly and you don’t need a mirror to apply this shade.

I can’t wait to pick up some more shades from this range.

Here is a really easy one shadow smokey eye, that you are going to love and whats even better is that its from the drugstore!

The palette I have been using to create this eye look is Bourjois Smokey Eyes Palette in 04 Nude Ingenue I purchased mine from Boots. But you’ll find it at any Bourjois Counter in your area!

There is only one shade I use from this palette to create this eye look, its the gorgeous middle shade. It honestly make your eyes pop! It has a hint of shimmer that makes your eyes glisten and for me it is just the perfect brown eye shadow! Can you tell I love this shade! Sometimes for a bit of highlight I use the first colour and if Im honest I never use the last colour.

I honestly recommend getting this palette just so you can use that middle shade its amazing.

You can here me rave about the palette in an earlier blog post.

Palettes are something I love! Palettes combine all the best colours that complement each other.

I am horrified to say that I never normally gravitate towards drugstore palettes. I always go for high-end palettes such as Urban Decay and MAC but that changed after a little trip to Boots.

The palettes I picked up are L’Oreal Color Riche Les Ombres in E3 Infiniment Bronze, Bourjois Paris Smokey eyes in 04 nude ingenue and Sleeks I Divine palette inVintage Romance.

L’Oreal Infiniment Bronze

This is a gorgeous copper toned smokey eye palette. I absolutely love the copper shade.

Today’s manicure monday’s feature’s my favourite colour apart from burgundy are you surprised! It is deep sea blue.
The shimmery turquoise colour is by Seventeen called Peacock. How cute is that name! This is vary opaque shimmer and I love it.
In the middle is a true turquoise colour from Rimmel called 844 Out of the blue.
The final shade is my favourite by Rimmel called 843 Midnight Skinny Dip. Can we just appreciate the name for a minute. The shade is a true navy blue with a hint of shimmer.

A bit of Soap and Glory Madness

For christmas I seem to obtain alot of soap and glory stuff. Usually I just get the original line but this year my sister got me the sugar crush range which I love and really wanted to try.

Sugar Crush lives up to all the hype. It smells like lime and  chocolate. In other words it smells delicious.  I have used this range non stop since christmas!

As for the original line need I say anything. It is classically amazing.

do you love soap and glory? What is your favourite line?

The Review | Soap and Glory Face Brush

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

You have probably heard the raving’s of many bloggers about well giant toothbrushes for you face such as the Clarisonic Mia. As much as I would love one I just can’t part with that much money.

So I have opted for the cheaper do it yourself version. This is by Soap and Glory I found is in the exfoliating glove section of boots. Yep exactly where you thought it would be!
Moving on, this brush has too side Hard bristles (white) and soft plastic bristles(pink). I find the white bristles too harsh for my face even when I do it gentl. I have very red skin as it is so were not enhancing that. So I don’t use that side! But I adore the pink bristles. They are so soft and squidy! and I just love using that side! I feel like it does take off alot more of my make up than if I used my hands. I do like this brush as an alternative to my usual muslin cloth. Perhaps because I hope it is getting the circulation going in my face and making me look younger. A girl can dream!

Have you tried face brushing?
